July 2014 — What a summer! As an early birthday present, I was given a three-week summer essentials cooking course at Le Cordon Bleu in London. What I did not expect was how much fun it turned out to be! Not only did I learn the various techniques to French cooking, it was also the first time where there’s a Chef at hand to help you understand the different methods and ways to cooking. My biggest takeaway, understanding the science behind the cooking!
